Why did you decide to participate in the Bay for Breath Crossing?

his will be my fourth year doing the Bay for Breath Crossing. I needed to switch things up this time around, so I am going prone rather than SUP. This event continues to draw me back because of the awareness and support it provides the CF community as well as the reminder that my health is a gift not to be taken for granted. I am paddling in honor of Melissa and those who are working to overcome their fears and obstacles.

Do you have a personal connection to Cystic Fibrosis or The Living Breath Foundation?

During the first Bay for Breath Crossing, I met Melissa Pappageorgas and her parents, Chris and Lori. I was blown away by how the foundation supports the real life needs of those living with CF.
